From choosing a route to everyday cross-border access

Browsing, video calls, AI tools, and streaming each have different connection needs. Start with what you want to do, then consider routes and data instead of forcing every use case into the same settings.

Choosing routes during peak hours and connection stability

Being able to browse during the day doesn’t guarantee smooth video calls in the evening. Calls depend on clear audio and uninterrupted screen sharing, while downloads depend on sustained transfers. Start with the apps you use most, then compare routes during the hours you actually use them. Don’t judge by location alone. IEPL, relayed, and direct connections use different paths; check the user panel for current availability. If things lag, check your local network first, then try another route. Stability depends on your local network and the service you’re accessing—not just the route label.

Checking AI tool access and routing

Whether you use Claude to organize research or call a model from Cursor, connecting is only the first step. AI services may also check account status, exit region, and their own policies. For everyday use, stick with a suitable exit region rather than switching frequently mid-session. Even if the website loads, check that conversations continue to generate responses. Developer tools may use separate network settings, so a browser test alone isn’t enough. XianVPN provides international routes, while supported regions, usage limits, and account rules are determined by each AI platform. For troubleshooting, see the AI access guide.

Streaming access and regional catalogs

Seeing a region listed doesn’t mean you’ll have access to its entire catalog. Streaming platforms also consider your account, licensing arrangements, and detected exit region when showing content. After choosing a route, check the region on your target platform, then play the title you want and see whether it loads and plays smoothly. If the catalog doesn’t change after switching regions, reopen the app and check your connection rather than switching routes at random. XianVPN’s route coverage gives you options for international access, but catalog availability, video quality, and long-term access to any platform aren’t guaranteed. See the streaming support page for detailed checks.

No logs

Privacy and account practices

XianVPN keeps no logs. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Protect your account password and subscription link as carefully as your network connection: don’t post subscription details publicly or share screenshots containing account information with people you don’t know. When reporting an issue, describe the platform, route region, and error message without sharing full access credentials. Privacy policies are service commitments, but protecting your data day to day also depends on device permissions, app behavior, and account management. A network connection can’t eliminate every risk.

Unlimited devices

Configure each platform for your devices

Set up your computer for research, tablet for reading, and mobile device for messages according to your needs—there’s no need to ration device slots. XianVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices connected at once. Device count and data allowance are separate: adding devices doesn’t increase your plan’s data. When setting up a new device, get the appropriate client and subscription from the user panel, then import and test the connection on each device. If one device has issues, compare its results with your other devices to help distinguish local configuration problems from route issues.

60-day refund policy

Evaluate it in your own setup

When choosing a network service, how well it fits your setup matters more than abstract ratings. XianVPN offers a 60-day refund policy, giving you time to assess it with your usual platforms, local network, and usage hours. Test the services you need for work or study first, then observe everyday performance. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel and keep your order details handy. See the Terms of Service for eligibility and instructions. Plan details and refund terms are available to review before you choose, not just after a problem comes up.

Choose the destination region, then test the app

For services with regional requirements, check the platform’s supported regions first, then choose a matching route. For general browsing, start with a route that works well for you; geographic distance isn’t the only factor. Your local network, cross-border path, and destination site response all affect performance. If one app is slow, that doesn’t necessarily mean every route is slow.

Keep troubleshooting conditions consistent

When comparing routes, keep your device, app, and local network the same. If something goes wrong, note the region, service, and exact error message, then check the user panel or submit a ticket. The status display below is for reference only; it can’t replace testing on your device or guarantee access to any app.

Client downloads

Supported platforms and subscription import

Manage clients and subscriptions in the user panel; log in to access your subscription. Download clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux after logging in. Check the user panel for iOS availability. Static installers and public subscription URLs aren’t provided here.

After importing, check that the connection works

After logging in to the panel, select your platform and follow its instructions to get your subscription and import it into the client. Importing alone doesn’t connect you: make sure the route list has loaded, choose a region, connect, then test a site or app you use regularly. If import fails, check that the subscription is complete and that the client supports the import method. Don’t post your live subscription link on public pages when asking for help.

Different apps may use different network settings. If your browser works but a work tool still reports an error, check that tool’s connection settings before changing routes. For step-by-step instructions, start with the setup guide. For AI service region requirements and differences between web and API access, see the AI access guide.

Plan overview

Monthly plans and data packs that never expire

Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Data packs suit flexible usage: they last until depleted and never expire. Choose based on how often you connect and how much data you use, rather than price alone.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

Best for research, text-based collaboration, and light browsing. If you often transfer files or stream video, consider your data usage before choosing.

  • 60GB included
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

A good fit for people who use international access for work and study. Browsing, collaboration tools, and media all use data; check your usage in the panel to see if this plan suits you.

  • 250GB included
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For frequent file transfers and streaming. A larger data allowance doesn’t guarantee faster performance in a particular app; check your route and local network separately.

  • 500GB included
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose this plan
Use until depleted · Never expires

Prefer flexible use? Choose a data pack

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

Data packs don’t reset monthly. They suit occasional access to international resources or periods of heavier collaboration tool use. Choose based on your usage pattern; if you connect every day, compare them with a monthly plan. A data pack’s total allowance isn’t a monthly allowance.

Plan upgrades and payment

Upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle and the price difference is converted into remaining days. Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check the plan, amount, and billing method in the panel before ordering; the panel shows the details for your specific order.

FAQ highlights

Common questions before you get started

Understand account, data, and refund terms before setup. Find more connection and billing answers by category in the Help Center.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is needed. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe and use a password you don’t reuse elsewhere. Manage clients, subscriptions, orders, and support tickets in the user panel. For future actions, use the login link on this site and never enter your credentials on unrelated pages.

Can I use the service on multiple devices at once?

Yes. Connect an unlimited number of devices at the same time. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Choose the right client for each platform and import your subscription separately. Device count doesn’t change your data allowance, so keep an eye on your plan’s remaining data. If connections differ between devices, check each device’s settings first.

What’s the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs last until depleted and never expire. Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. If you use the service regularly, start by comparing monthly plans; for occasional use, consider a data pack. See the Plans page for full details.

Can I use AI and streaming services without restrictions?

Access depends on the target platform’s supported regions, your account status, detected exit region, and the connection itself—route names alone don’t tell you whether a service will work. AI tools may have separate API or app network settings, while streaming catalogs vary by region and licensing. Choose a region that meets the platform’s requirements, then test conversations, API calls, or playback. For troubleshooting, see the AI access guide and streaming support page.

How do refunds work, and which payment methods are supported?

XianVPN offers a 60-day refund policy and accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. To discuss an order or request a refund, log in to the user panel and submit a ticket. Keep your order details and refer to the Terms of Service for instructions. Don’t post account information from your order publicly, and never share your live subscription details to explain a refund request.
